HV Power Electronics Test Engineer

A purpose driven role for you

The EV component test engineer would be responsible for the following activities –
1. Defining test requirements for EV drivetrain HV components
2. Testing and validating functional requirements of EVs
3. Failure analysis along with Design Team and final report preparation
4. Managing test labs and test equipment’s

A Day in the life

Define DVP plans for EV component testing

Planning and executing tasks related to project.

Plan and execute testing activities as per the DVPV test plans

Experience of integration testing at system level and functional testing at vehicle level

Preparing and maintaining Quality records, for system audit and documentation i.e. test procedures, work instructions, quality assurance specifications, etc.

To maintain maximum utilization and efficiency of the test instruments in the lab

Experience of requirement based testing / design verification / validation

Manage test instruments, calibrations, quality checks at regular intervals

Academic Qualification & Experience

B. E / B. Tech in ECE / ICE / E&E / Mechatronics 2 to 4 years of experience in testing and validating EVs and its components.

Technical Skills/Knowledge

Capability to use CAN tools i.e. CANoe, CANalyzer, CANape etc.

Hands on in managing test labs and operating test instruments Proficiency of working in MS office i.e. Excel, word, project etc.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Project planning and execution under pressure

Behavioural Skills

Team player with a winning attitude

Time management and project management skills

Eager to take up new challenges, learn and grow
