Electronics thermal and cooling engineer

A purpose driven role for you

Electronics thermal engineer will make electronic heating and cooling calculations, will design heatsinks,
thermal interfaces and assemblies to improve heat dissipation of components adopting new cooling technologies and innovative designs.

A Day in the life

● Specializing in thermal designs of electronic components.

● Develop electronic cooling and packaging solutions for next generation electronic systems.

● Create DVP for thermal designs and monitor its execution.

● Create digital TWIN models for all thermal designs

Academic Qualification & Experience

B.Tech or M.Tech in Mechanical, Thermal or Electronics Eng.

Technical Skills/Knowledge

Strong understanding of failure analysis methodologies and experience with product reliability and validation procedures.

Deep understanding of conduction, convection and radiation mechanisms.

Knowledge of material and process selection for thermal interfaces.

Skilled in CATIA and PLM (Siemens Teamcenter) Proficient in Ansys Icepak or similar electronics simulation simulation tools.

Experience with instrumentation, measurement, calibration, and laboratory testing a plus

Experience with MATLAB/Simulink Automotive component development and testing experience is a plus Sound knowledge of thermodynamic physics.

Experience developing and guiding other multidisciplinary engineers.

Experience in material selection and assembly process.

Experience in power electronics design is a plus.

Experience in data analysis and Python scripting is a plus.

Experience in power electronic components manufacturing is a plus.

Strong communication skills and spoken and written English.

DFMEA, PFMEA, DFM, DFA analysis.
