Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, Data Analyst

In this role, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Analyst. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction and development of architectural models and prototypes. You will collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to bring their visions to life through accurate and visually appealing models. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

As a Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in bringing architectural designs to life through accurate and visually appealing models. Your attention to detail and craftsmanship will contribute to the success of our projects and help showcase our work to clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities

· Assist in the construction and assembly of architectural models using various materials, such as wood, foam, plastic, and cardboard.

· Follow instructions and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints to accurately create models that reflect the design intent.

· Utilize model-making tools and equipment, including but not limited to, laser cutters, 3D printers, and traditional model-making tools.

· Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and ensure that models meet their specifications.

· Apply artistic and creative skills to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the models, ensuring they are visually appealing and effectively communicate the design concepts.

· Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the proper storage and organization of materials, tools, and equipment.

· Assist in the maintenance and repair of model-making equipment to ensure their optimal functionality.

· Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in model-making techniques and materials and incorporate them into the construction process when appropriate.

· Adhere to established safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Previous experience in model-making or a related field is preferred but not required.

· Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately interpret architectural drawings and blueprints.

· Proficiency in using model-making tools and equipment.

· Basic knowledge of various materials commonly used in model-making, such as wood, foam, plastic, and cardboard.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with architects, designers, and project managers.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges in the model-making process.

· Good organizational skills and the ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.

· Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using design software and programs (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is a plus.
