Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services and attract potential clients. This role requires a mid-level professional with 4 to 6 years of experience in marketing and a strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques. The job is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India and the employment type is Full-Time.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role, with 4 to 6 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Experience in the HR industry or knowledge of recruitment processes is a plus.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Gamut HR Solutions and its services.
  • Manage and enhance the company's online presence through website management, social media marketing, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.
  • Generate leads and nurture relationships with clients to promote business growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide reports to the management.
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and techniques to ensure competitive advantage.
  • Organize and participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Monitor and manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI.
