About the role

As an IT & D Senior Manager Product Group / Platform / Solution Architect, you'll be orchestrating cutting-edge solutions that will shape the future of health, hygiene, and nutrition globally. In this role, you will bring your vision and expertise to lead the design and delivery of our IT & D initiatives. Here, your strategic input drives significant projects that not only align with our digital landscape but also serve in our fight and our purpose.

Your responsibilities

The Senior Integration platform architect will be responsible for:

Design and architect scalable and reliable integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform to meet business requirements. Develop and maintain integration processes between applications, systems, and data sources utilizing MuleSoft's integration capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements, analyze existing systems, and propose innovative solutions. Lead the Integration platform stream architecture team from the front, guide and enable junior members and deliver as an individual contributor if required. Collaborating with various cross functional teams to define and determine integration requirements. Participate / embed yourself in various product councils to not only understand the roadmaps of various products but also enable various product streams with bespoke integration landscape and other details. As a team, be the prime evangelist for Global Integration Team. Create and maintain avenues for product streams to read about and reach out to the Global Integrations team such as an Integration portal, various knowledge repositories etc.

The experience we're looking for

Need to demonstrate at least 15 years of hands-on experience with Mule ESB or any Middleware/ESB (Oracle SOA, TIBCO, WebMethods, Dell Boomi etc.). Experience with data integration use cases, SAP Integration toolsets is highly desirable. A healthy mix of tools is preferred with focus on Mule. Detailed exposure with Cloud native integration capabilities such as those on Azure, GCP etc. is preferred. They need to demonstrate hands-on experience in IT with a strong appetite for Design and Solution expertise, preferably in Integration. Exposure to microservices architecture, containers and serverless computing is highly desired. Exposure to Cloud Computing and Enterprise Security concepts / standards The right candidate will support the overall Global Integrations lead on integration technology vendors assessment, service providers and SI supplier engagement, direction, delivery model, overall management, and oversight. The right candidate will be a coach and mentor to the Global Integration team and provide technical oversight to others.
