Key Responsibilities:

Technology Management: Evaluate, implement, and manage marketing tools for enhanced efficiency. Google Analytics, Project management tools, CRM - Salesforce Data Analysis: Analyse marketing metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights. Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with teams to optimize marketing campaigns. Process Improvement: Continuously refine marketing processes to boost effectiveness and streamline operations. Sales-Marketing Alignment: Foster collaboration between teams for seamless lead management.

Education and Qualifications:

Must have engineering degree and an MBA are a plus. 4-7 years of experience in marketing operations. Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM systems, and data analytics tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven experience in optimizing marketing processes. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
