Asst Procurement Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a detailorientedand proactive Sourcing Executive to join our ecommerce team. Theideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement andsourcing with additional knowledge of digital marketing strategies.This role requires a blend of analytical skills and creativethinking to effectively source products and contribute to thecompanys marketing efforts.

KeyResponsibilities:

1. Product Sourcing:

   • Identify and source products that align withthe companys target market and business goals.
   • Conduct market research to understand trends pricing andcompetition.
   • Develop and maintainrelationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
   • Negotiate contracts prices and terms with suppliers toensure favorable conditions for the company.
   • Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid stockouts oroverstock situations.

2. Supplier Management:

   • Evaluate and select suppliers based on qualityreliability and costeffectiveness.
   • Performregular supplier performance reviews and audits.
   • Resolve any issues related to supply chain disruptionsproduct quality or delivery delays.

3. Digital MarketingIntegration:

   • Collaboratewith the digital marketing team to understand market demand andconsumer behavior.
   • Assist in the creation ofdigital marketing campaigns that promote sourcedproducts.
   • Utilize digital marketing tools andanalytics to track the performance of products andcampaigns.
   • Support content creation effortsfor online product listings social media and other digitalplatforms.

4. Data Analysis and Reporting:

   • Analyze sales data and market trends to makeinformed sourcing decisions.
   • Prepare regularreports on sourcing activities supplier performance and marketanalysis.
   • Provide insights and recommendationsto optimize the product mix and improve profitability.

5. CrossFunctionalCollaboration:

   • Workclosely with other departments including sales marketing andlogistics to ensure seamless operations.
   • Participate in crossfunctional meetings to align sourcingstrategies with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply ChainManagement Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in sourcing procurement or supply chainmanagement within an ecommerce or retail environment.
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles and experiencewith digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Strong negotiation and contract managementskills.
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in usingprocurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisionsbased on market trends.
• Strong organizationalskills and attention to detail.
• Ability towork independently and as part of a team in a fastpacedenvironment.
