  • Provide operational & financial informationand decision support to functional units (e.g. KPI analysis;periodic operating reports and forecasts budget monitoring andcontrol)

Key Responsibilities:

Operational

  • Timely preparation of month end Profit & Loss AccountBalance Sheet and management notes as per

accounting practices and standards (IFRS) along with allschedule assumption and variance analysis latest by3rd working day of every month.

  • Preparation of fund flow and cash flowstatement including fund application / movement analysis
  • Efficient and effective utilization of BPO accountingservices including MIS reporting and monitoring
  • Timely preparation of annual income and expenditurebudget based on business plan and past trends
  • Ensure timely transactions processing and accountingincluding verification validation and authorization

as per agreed upon process

  • Ensure propriety of financial transactionswith preventative controls including preaudit verification

validation and accuracy check forall payments including (P2P Procurement to Payment Cycle withthreeway match of Purchase Order Invoice Goods/Services ReceiptNote)

  • Work with external auditorsand ensure Financial Statements are audited as perregulations
  • Liaising with externalinstitutions Banks Tax Departments Rating Agencies Auditors andothers on the

financial and legalmatters and other statutory and nonstatutory compliances.

  • Working with banks for various financial andloan transaction and providing necessary documents for

LC/BC creation other Export & DP relateddocuments

  • Opening and discounting offoreign letter of credits
  • Fund flow and ExportFinance management
  • Applying extension ofbanking credit limit
  • Timely accounting andreconciliations of all income and expenditure transactionsincluding bank

reconciliationsdebtors reconciliations creditors reconciliations intercompany andinventory

reconciliations etc.

  • Identify analyse report and regular followupson any open items in reconciliations to mitigate risk from

any invalid financialtransactions or working capital blockages

  • Identify analyse report and followup on ledger scrutinyof key accounts
  • Timely capitalization of allfixed assets including maintenance of Fixed Assets register andphysical

verification of FixedAssets on yearly basis

  • Provide valueadds to management in terms of any major capex from ROI Paybackperiod buy vs. lease

and costbenefit analysis

  • Regular compliancesof local taxation and regulatory laws and regulations with the helpof external

consultants andinhouse expertise

  • Identify analysereport and followup on risk from taxation and regulatorynoncompliances and suggest

appropriate legal ways for risk mitigation with the help ofconsultants and experts

  • Identify andsuggest taxation plan and measures which optimizes benefitsavailable under different laws

schemes and regulations

  • Regular andtimely compliances and payments of tax to have minimum or zeropenalty and fines from

noncompliances

  • Timely payment ofDirect Indirect Tax & Statutory dues.
  • Filing of statutory return GST TDS Income Tax ProfessionTax PF ESIC etc.
  • Coordination with Consultant& Statutory Authorities for scrutiny and regularassessment.
  • Preparation of working capitalmonitoring reports (stock statement FFR etc.) for theBanks.
  • Preparation of monthly projection offund inflow & outflow. Give regular update to management about

fund position.

  • Maintain a system of policies and proceduresthat impose an adequate level of control over treasury

activities.

  • Controlling LC opening and payment on due date.
  • Review export documentation submission withbank and realization of inward remittance and also

managed import payment with regulatorycompliance.

  • Authorization of onlinepayment and control over offline fund outflow activities likepayment to Vendor

SalaryStatutory dues internal transfer of group and associate company).Liaising with Banks for daily

routing bankinglike fund transfer RTGS/NEFT and also coordination for FD open andnegotiation for the
