1. Create FP/TM type and Internal Responsible for auditing Project SOWs/ODs, Purchase Orders, Bid Packs, Tier approvals for order booking/projectfunding as per compliance policies3. Track milestones and invoices' Monitor effort utilization, resolve timesheet submission issues and back-end adjustments (PAB/T&E) wherever Track and forecast revenue on a bi-weekly/monthly basis to identify risks/issues and highlight the same to PMs, GFIC as well as Monthly and Quarterly Variance Analysis, prepare reports and PPTs7. Provide updates to PMs in Cadence Calls and track revenue changes in BOAT Resolve Exceptions in projects and Participate in QC calls with GFIC9. Ensure monthly EACs and manual POCs submissions. Track EAC changes/inconsistencies and suggest corrections (if required) to PMs/Regional Ops Prepare Quarterly Backlog report for NECP/ECP projects for all the FSGBU LOBs (8 LOBs).11. Analyze UBR risk for FP> 180days and highlight to management in advance on the upcoming reversal Quarterly TM UBR tracking and minimizing revenue Provide support to PMs / Regional Ops team/ Sales team/ PA team/ AR/ Collections/ CDI/ PMO/ Finance/ GPO and other stakeholders in running the business Verify approvals and documents for Work-At-Risk projects, update WAR tracking system, ensure timely funding & RevRec15. Coordinate with Collections team/ AR team/ Invoice Delivery team for resolving collection issues and minimize outstanding Update Customer data to ensure accurate invoices delivery and thereby timely Track invoice collections and ensure appropriate revenue recognition for Cash Interact with OAL/GPO for resolving system issues/bugs/ Provide support in ad hoc reporting Participate in internal systems' UATs as and when required.
