Inthis role youwill:

  • Championthe product vision: Develop a clear and compellingproduct vision that aligns with the companys mission and values.Drive the product roadmap and strategy focusing on creatingmeaningful and impactful experiences for both gamers andbusinesses.
  • Lead andmentor: Guide and support a team of product managersfostering a collaborative and highperforming environment. Shareyour expertise provide insightful feedback and empower your teammembers to achieve their fullpotential.
  • Become an expert in thegaming landscape: Conduct thorough market researchanalyze user behavior and identify emerging trends to informproduct decisions. Stay ahead of the curve on the latestinnovations and technologies in the gamingindustry.
  • Bridge the gap betweengamers and businesses: Understand the needs andaspirations of both gamers and businesses operating within theecosystem. Facilitate winwin solutions that benefit allstakeholders.
  • Own productdelivery: Drive successful product launches and ensuresmooth execution of the product roadmap working closely withcrossfunctional teams such as engineering design marketing and datascience.
  • Measuresuccess: Define and track key performance indicators(KPIs) for product success and measure the impact of your work onuser engagement business growth and overall usersatisfaction.
  • Be an advocate forchange: Champion innovative ideas and be comfortablechallenging the status quo. Foster a culture of experimentation anddatadriven decision making.

You are aperfect fit if you:

  • 7years of experience in Product Management with a proven trackrecord of delivering at scale in a product basedcompany.
  • The ability to thinkbig but at the same time break problemsdown into smaller components and buildtoward highlevelroadmaps.
  • Have strong analytical skills with adatadriven approach to decisionmaking.
  • Haveexcellent communication collaboration and leadershipskills.
  • Thrive in a fastpaced and dynamicenvironment.
