We at TechnicaX areentering a new phase of growth and are on the lookout for anexceptional MERN Stack Team Lead. We require a seasoned techveteran who has successfully been at the helm of at least twofullcycle product development projects orchestrating thedevelopment symphony of MongoDB Express.js React.js and Node.js.Our ideal applicant will have a tenthdegree black belt inproblemsolving a knack for turning complex issues into simplesolutions and a mind that thinks in code. Responsibilities

Asour MERN Stack Team Lead you will

  • Bethe maestro of a talented orchestra of software engineers steeringthe design development and implementation of our stateoftheartapplications using the MERN stack.
  • Spearheadfullcycle product development ensuring our products meet thestrictest quality standards and exceed our customers functionalityexpectations.
  • Navigate the intricate labyrinthof code ensuring its quality and adherence to our high standardsand fostering an atmosphere of knowledge sharing and continuouslearning within the team.
  • Serve as thecrossroads between stakeholders and technical realities translatingbusiness needs into a technical language that your team can convertinto spectacular products.
  • Be the proactivesentinel who identifies tracks and resolves technical anomaliesbefore they become issues.
  • Guide your teamthrough the rhythmic dance of Agile development facilitating dailyscrum meetings sprint planning backlog grooming and retrospectivemeetings.
  • Cultivate a garden of skills withinyour team mentoring and coaching each member to bloom into theirfullpotential.

Qualifications

Theperfect candidate will bring to thetable

  • Concrete evidence of previoussuccess as a MERN Stack Developer or similar software engineeringrole with a minimum of two fullcycle product developmentprojects.
  • Profound proficiency in MongoDBExpress.js React.js and Node.js.
  • Impressiveproject management and team leadership skills capable of directinga group of creative minds towards a commongoal.
  • Experience with support ticket managementor incident management software will be a meteortail wind to yourapplication.
