Job Description :


We are seeking a talented and experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our growing team.

You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js). You will leverage your expertise in these technologies to build user-friendly, scalable, and high-performing web applications that contribute to our business goals.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Design and develop robust and maintainable front-end applications using React.js and related libraries (Redux, React Router).

- Implement clean and efficient backend logic using Node.js and Express.js for server-side rendering and API development.

- Design and manage data models using MongoDB to store and query application data effectively.

- Integrate front-end and back-end components using RESTful APIs and implement authentication and authorization mechanisms.

- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and application functionality.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to a collaborative development environment.

- Deploy and maintain web applications in a production environment.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in MERN stack technologies and best practices.

Qualifications :

- Educational Qualifications : Bachelor's/Master's

- 3-7 years of experience in web development with a strong focus on the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

- Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and object-oriented programming concepts.

- Experience with building user interfaces using React.js and related libraries (Redux, React Router) (a plus).

- Experience with backend development using Node.js and Express.js for API development.

- Experience with MongoDB for data storage and querying.

- Experience with RESTful APIs and various HTTP methods (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE).

- Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha) (a plus).

- Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
