CloudStuff’s main product Trackier is a market-leading Performance Marketing and Mobile Marketing Software targeted primarily towards marketing and product teams.

The ideal candidate will cultivate relationships with prospective clients in order to catalyze business development success. They will also work closely with marketing teams to uncover new leads.

Requirements

* Proven track record of success as an SDR or BDR manager with at least 2+ years of experience in the SaaS industry.

* Experience managing and improving Sales Development KPIs

* Strong communication and time management skills

* Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment

* Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and closing skills with the ability to sell to decision-making levels

* Consistent track record of identifying team needs and successfully implementing a solution


Responsibilities

* Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting.

* Demonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills

* Own prospecting, lead generation, sales qualification & initial customer calls to ensure the team meets annual revenue targets

* Researching and evaluating additional leads/prospects through web and CRM research

* Meet or exceed the assigned quota of a minimum of 70-100 activities per day with 5-7 good connects

* Scheduling the most qualified and productive demos while also providing in-depth information to the Sales team

* Manage the complete outbound sales funnel, talk to prospects, understand their requirements, and qualify them

* Tee up leads that will turn into the business through persistence

* Be eager to learn, committed to getting 1% better every day, and be open to feedback
