How Service Delivery Contributes to Tangoe

The Service Delivery team supports Tangoe in order to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This includes:

•Provide critical support and management of customer fixed and mobile carrier invoices

•Ensure invoices are received, processed, and allocated according to customer business rules and requirements

•Identify process improvement opportunities and define system improvements based on client requirements and processes

How the Service Delivery Analyst Contributes to Tangoe

As a Service Delivery Analyst your primary duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

•Monitor client invoices to ensure all expected invoices are received and loaded into Tangoe’s expense management tools

•Allocate client charges to appropriate cost center and General Ledger (GL) codes based on client rules

•Resolve any invoicing/billing issues with telecom carriers

•Maintain and reconcile telecom inventory

•Work with cross functional teams to develop and enforce clear processes and procedures

•Create, maintain and review customer action items as part of recurring operational status meetings

•Maintain the highest quality customer service standards and attitude

•Produce and deliver required reporting and invoice batching

Qualifications, Education, & Special Skills

Qualifications include:

•4+ years of experience in similar role

•Strong quantitative abilities with experience in database management, data gathering, and analysis

Education: Minimum of an Bachelors degree or relevant certification in Accounting or Finance

Special Skills:

•Familiarity with telecommunications a plus

•Proficient with business applications and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint)

•Knowledge of SQL and Business Objects a plus

•Excellent written business communication and verbal presentation skills

•Strong analytical skills and knowledge of invoicing/payment processing

•Individual must have strong customer service skills and the ability to work/adapt in a fast growing environment

•Self-starter with the ability to multi-task, manage work load, be accountable, and deliver results

•Actively gain exposure to some complex tasks within the job function 

•Master most if not all basic job duties

•Complete many tasks without direct assistance or supervision

•Demonstrates general proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures required to accomplish the job

•Begin seeing patterns in tasks and offer opportunities for more efficiency

Working conditions

• Office environment. 3 Days in a week at Work from Office, 2 Days Remote
