Job Description
Job Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our Transaction Advisory Services team. The role involves analyzing financial and operational data, participating in due diligence engagements, and identifying potential issues affecting transaction commercials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analysing financial and operational results of targets through the preparation of various analyses by reviewing accounting records.
  • Participating in due diligence engagements which are small to medium.
  • Assisting in identifying potential issues affecting transaction commercials.
  • Participation in the organization’s training initiatives & contribution to the same.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Qualification: MBA (Finance) / Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant.
  • Relevant experience in financial analysis, due diligence, or transaction advisory services.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial analysis techniques.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.


Requirements
Must be a Qualified CA. Good understanding of Risks and controls within the process, Analytical skills to process large data, good communication skills, problem solving approach. Working knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and ERPs like SAP, Navision, Oracle. Analytical / probing skills, conceptual thinking. Aptitude to pick up new practices and concepts quickly. Strong communication and presentation skills. Participative and team player. Self-driven, proactive and ready to take initiatives.
