Job Responsibilities

  • Perform otherfinance/operational/administrative tasks assigned from time totime.
  • Manage multiple Accounting Processes
  • Monthly Yearly and Statutory Reporting andPayments
  • Maintain and update accountingrecords including accounts payable accounts receivable expenses andrevenue.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing ofGST returns
  • Manage TDS deductions payments andfilings.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensureaccuracy in financial data.
  • Preparefinancial statements.
  • Maintain relationshipswith suppliers.
  • Creation & sending ofestimates.
  • Overseeing reporting & orderingthe stock by checking product prices andresearching.
  • Maintaining & data inputtinginto critical finance Excelspreadsheets.
  • Sending Internet installation& new business estimates: Internet/ Security & surveillancecameras/
    Power backups/ Networking equipmentetc.
  • Overseeing the payment of paid and unpaidleaves.

JobRequirements

  • The idealcandidate for this role should be Graduated in commerce
  • 4 years of accounting management experience.
  • Should be wellversed in accounting principlesand able to work comfortably with numbers and attention to detail.
  • Advanced ExcelKnowledge.
  • Proficient inTally
  • Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.
  • Team Management skills

Working Hours:8.45 am closing (or equivalent based on achievingobjectives) Monday Saturday. Rotational Sunday shift with analternative paid dayoff.
