Assistant Recruiter

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for End-to-End recruitment.
- Sourcing the profiles through job portals, references, Field sourcing.
- Conducting initial round of telephonic interview and screening the candidate
- Shortlisting the candidates profile for an interview on parameters like
Communication skills, soft skills, personality, and attitude for the assignments
- Fixing Interview appointment between Clients & Resources and interacting
With them.
- Co-ordinate with Clients on the interview feedback of the candidates.
- Salary Negotiation with the selected candidates.
- Maintaining the personal tracker of all the candidates selected and joined the organization and providing the same to the Manager for the monthly review.
- Involved in HR Coordination, joining formalities and documentation Ensuring candidates join on the
scheduled date.
- Assisting new employees on hiring processes
- Should be good in MS Excel.
- Good in Communication.
- Should be ready To travel if Required.
Requirement:
Any Graduate ( Male /Female) willingness to learn HR Functions, ready to work from office, 6 days a week, can apply.
Note: Stipend will be provided as per the industry Standards.
