Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Assistant Recruiter to join our team full-time at our Bangalore Urban and Bangalore Rural locations. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and will contribute significantly to our recruitment processes. The role involves working closely with the recruitment team to source and engage qualified candidates, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in recruitment and sourcing with a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with candidates to understand their qualifications and assess fit for open positions. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in resume review to evaluate candidates' educational qualifications and professional experience. (Mandatory skill)
  • Expertise in candidate sourcing using various platforms and databases to attract top talent. (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong skills in interviewing and assessing candidates to determine their suitability for roles within the organization.
  • Ability to provide administrative support and manage recruitment-related documentation efficiently.
  • Experience in managing candidate databases to ensure a well-organized recruitment process and pipeline management.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across departments to align recruitment efforts with organizational needs.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit within the organization.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support administrative tasks related to recruitment, including maintaining candidate records and updating recruitment reports.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Participate in recruitment projects and initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency of the talent acquisition function.
