Job Description:

Description : We are seeking a highly skilled andmotivated GTM and GA4 Specialist to join our dynamic team. Thisrole is critical in supporting the implementation of Google TagManager (GTM) tagging and troubleshooting Google Analytics 4 (GA4)reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skillsstrategic thinking abilities and excellent communication skills tosupport our digital marketing and ecommerce efforts.

Responsibilities:
  • GTMImplementation and Management: Set up and manage GTM tags triggersand variables. Ensure accurate tracking of user interactions acrossour digital platforms.
  • GA4 Reporting and Troubleshooting: Develop andmaintain GA4 reports to track key metrics. Identify andtroubleshoot any issues or discrepancies in datareporting.
  • Data Analysisand Insights: Analyze data from GTM and GA4 to derive insights thatinform business and marketing strategies. Provide recommendationsto improve site performance and customerexperience.
  • Collaborationand Communication: Work closely with marketing development and datateams to ensure seamless implementation of tagging and trackingsolutions. Communicate technical concepts to nontechnicalstakeholders effectively.
  • Technical Support and Training: Providetechnical support to team members on GTM and GA4. Develop anddeliver training materials to enhance teamcapabilities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Math Computer Science digital Marketing Business or arelated field.
  • Provenexperience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics4.
  • Proficient with toolssuch as Omnibug for GA tracking validations
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing andecommerce principles.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention todetail.
  • Strongproblemsolving skills and the ability to thinkstrategically.
  • Exceptional communication skills both writtenand verbal.
  • Ability towork in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multipleprojects simultaneously.
