About the role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to help our company find excellent team members. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employer brand, and enable great relationship building with both candidates and internal stakeholders.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand GTM team staffing needs, ensuring alignment with company goals and growth objectives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates for various GTM roles.
  • Source, identify, and engage passive candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to offer stage.
  • Provide guidance to candidates on company culture, values, and growth opportunities.


Must Have

  • 4+ years of proven experience in recruiting, specifically in hiring for sales, marketing, and/or customer success roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in a early stage startup
  • Strong understanding of Go-To-Market strategies and the skills required for success in GTM functions.
  • Good at planning, prioritizing and stakeholder management


Good to have

  • Graduate/post-graduate in Human Resource Management
