Role Description :- We are seeking a dynamic and organized HR Admin who will be responsible for connecting with manufacturing companies to purchase products in bulk for corporate gifting purposes. Additionally, the candidate will manage various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the office.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Identify and establish relationships with manufacturing companies to negotiate and purchase products in bulk for corporate gifting, including festivals, employee rewards, and events.

2.Maintain procurement records, monitor inventory levels, and ensure the timely delivery of products.

3.Build and manage vendor relationships, address order-related issues, and oversee office supplies and equipment maintenance.

4.Assist the HR department with employee onboarding, data management, and other HR-related tasks to support efficient daily operations.

5.Support the organization of corporate events, celebrations, staff meetings, and manage office communications, including email correspondence and inquiries.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s degree in any undergraduate discipline, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.

2.Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

3.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs).

4.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
