Job Type: Fulltime (onsite)Job Overview:
We are looking for a versatileand creative Designer who will be responsible for the userexperience (UX) user interface (UI) design brand design and socialmedia presence of our various digital assets. You will ensure thatall elements of the online user experience are optimized forimproved usability usefulness and exceptional visual and brandconsistency.

Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design:
  • Investigate user experience design requirements for oursuite of digital assets.
  • Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX designstrategy for the brand.
  • Produce highquality UX design solutions through wireframesvisual and graphic designs flow diagrams storyboards site maps andprototypes.
  • Design UIelements and tools such as navigation menus search boxes tabs andwidgets for our digital assets.
  • Test UI elements such as CTAs banners page layouts pagedesigns page flows and target links for landing pages.
  • Collaborate with the marketing teamand internal and external designers to ensure the creation anddelivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
  • Provide advice and guidance on theimplementation of UX research methodologies and testing activitiesin order to analyze and predict user behaviour.
  • Adhere to style standards ontypography and graphic design.
Brand Development:
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and identityacross all digital and print materials.
  • Create visually compelling brand assetsincluding logos marketing materials and presentationtemplates.
  • Ensure alldesign elements align with the overall brand strategy andguidelines.
SocialMedia:
  • Design engagingcontent for social media platforms using tools likeCanva.
  • Collaborate withthe social media team to create visually appealing graphicsinfographics and other content formats.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social mediatrends and incorporate them into design strategies.
    Monitor and analyze the performance of social media content andadjust strategies as needed.
Requirements:
  • ABachelors degree and a minimum of 2 years design experience inUI/UX branding and social media for digital products orservices.
  • A portfolio ofprofessional design work showcasing expertise in UI/UX designbranding and social media graphics for both web and mobileplatform.
  • Proficiency indesign tools such as Canva Figma Adobe Illustrator Sketch InVisionDesign Systems and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A team player who can also workindependently.
  • Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills.
  • Multitasking and timemanagement skills with theability to prioritize tasks.
  • Experience in social media management and content creationis a plus.
