Most of our day-to-day activities and actions that we do in our lives like buying clothes, booking tickets, getting groceries for our home etc., that was once done physically have now moved towards the digital way of thinking and doing it at least in the urban centers with the rural and semi-rural centers fast catching up due to the quick penetration of the internet and the swiftness and easiness of doing things digitally. As a Social Media Manager at HealthSy , your duties and responsibilities would be:
1.Social Media Strategy Development:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Identifying target audiences and determining the most effective platforms and content types to reach them.
- Setting clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media efforts.
2.Content Creation and Curation:
- Creating engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including text posts, images, videos, and infographics.
- Curating content from other sources to share with the audience, ensuring it aligns with the organization's messaging and values.
- Collaborating with internal teams, such as marketing, design, and product development, to gather content and insights for social media posts.
3.Community Management:
- Monitoring social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and responding promptly and appropriately.
- Engaging with the audience by liking, sharing, and commenting on user-generated content.
- Building and nurturing relationships with followers, influencers, and other stakeholders to foster a sense of community around the brand.
4.Social Media Advertising:
- Planning and executing paid social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Conducting audience research and segmentation to target ads effectively and maximize ROI.
- Monitoring ad performance and optimizing campaigns based on key metrics and insights.
5.Analytics and Reporting:
- Using social media analytics tools to track and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Generating regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform future strategies and tactics.
6.Stay Updated on Social Media Trends:
- Keeping abreast of the latest trends and developments in social media marketing, including platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies.
- Experimenting with new features and strategies to stay ahead of the curve and maintain a competitive edge.
7.Brand Reputation Management:
- Monitoring online conversations and sentiment about the brand and responding to any negative feedback or criticism in a proactive and constructive manner.
- Implementing strategies to enhance brand reputation and build trust with the audience.
8.Collaboration and Cross-functional Support:
- Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure alignment and consistency across all communication channels.
- Providing support and guidance to colleagues on social media best practices and protocols.
9.Adherence to Policies and Guidelines:
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies governing social media use and content creation.
- Implementing measures to protect user privacy and data security on social media platforms.
10.Experimentation and Innovation:
- Continuously experimenting with new ideas, formats, and strategies to optimize social media performance and achieve organizational goals.
- Encouraging a culture of innovation and creativity within the social media team.
