Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in crafting compelling content and driving engagement across key platforms, particularly Instagram and YouTube. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of e-commerce marketing and the ability to utilize data-driven insights to enhance performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy:  Develop and implement effective social media marketing strategies to boost brand presence and engagement on Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Content Creation:  Create high-quality, engaging content tailored to each platform’s audience, ensuring consistency with the brand’s voice and messaging.
  • Performance Analysis:  Conduct A/B testing and leverage analytical tools to track, measure, and optimize the performance of social media campaigns.
  • Collaboration:  Work independently and collaboratively within a team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and business objectives.
  • E-commerce Marketing:  Apply knowledge of e-commerce marketing to drive traffic, conversions, and sales through targeted social media activities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:  Demonstrated experience in social media marketing and optimization, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns on Instagram and YouTube.
  • Analytical Skills:  Proficient in using analytical tools to interpret data and make informed decisions to improve campaign performance.
  • Creativity:  Ability to create compelling and innovative content that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Team Player:  Strong ability to work independently while also being an effective team member.
  • E-commerce Knowledge:  In-depth understanding of e-commerce marketing strategies and tactics.
