A Snapshot of Your Day

Your main role is to develop and lead a diverse group of project managers and to successfully execute and deliver your assigned strategic projects according to our Siemens Energy project management methodology.

Leading a diverse group of project managers. Guide, grow and develop members of your team in their roles as project managers. Resource planning and - management for and together with your project management team. Gain deep understanding of Siemens Energy Project Management methodology. Foster its further development and sustainable, global usage within the organization. Oversee and manage the project portfolio in your team’s area of responsibility. Successfully execute your own assigned projects.

How You’ll Make an Impact

You own a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering and/or IT/Computer Sciences, or related degree. You demonstrate proven experience (5+ years) in managing projects in complex environments. You have experience in managing teams. Knowledge of Project Management methodologies. Certifications expected. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as strong analytical- and decision-making skills. The ability to adapt and efficient time management. Ability to work and navigate in a multifaceted and international environment with many interfaces. Willingness and ability to travel.

What You Bring

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. German is a plus.
