To ensure that the Supplier follows APQP Process in letter & spirit from project kick off stage to implementation stage.3. To have good knowledge in Quality standards & New product development system.4. Good in handling measuring instruments and self-study for MSA, GD&T, drawings for assy and testing of assembly process.5. To cover applicable elements of PPAP on defined time and ensure all quality deliverables are met before PPAP approval.6. To meet the Gateways as per new product development process adhering Quality & delivery targets. Ensure manufacturing and trials with systematic documentation and approvals from authorities.7. Knowledge in new supplier assessment, Supplier selection based on technical comparison. And have a good exposure of machine, fixture design, material handling systems with required level of automation.8. Establishment of process (Manufacturing & assembly) sequence, process equipment, storage, kitting and feeding facilities with flow manufacturing.9. Design of facilities, approve and visualise current plant facilities, assembly, testing process and process control documents for productising new products with desired PQCDS.10. Project planning, Review, mitigate the risk in advance for the New projects for domestic & overseas suppliers.11. Validate and approve New products assembly feasibility study from proto samples till SOP along with CFT(R&D, Quality, Production, Planning) for desired facilities with productivity, quality and delivery requirements12. To develop the part with right time and with right cost.13. Exposure in handling electronics parts developments and trouble shooting.Experience6-8 YearsIndustry PreferredElectronics parts /SMT /PCB -Manufacturing industryQualificationsBE -Electrical and Electronics (base with electronics)General Requirements1.Openess to experience.passionate.3.Result oreinted4.Adaptable 1.
