Experience in supporting thedevelopment and implementation of product improvements for existingand prerelease products to provide maximum value to thecustomer
KeyResponsibilities: Be part ofa remote systems engineers team with longterm travel to customersites for support and engagement Team willsupport the development and implementation of product improvementsfor existing and prerelease products to provide maximum value tothe customer Perform product diagnosis andproblem resolution on highlevel escalations and interface withapplications software and other engineering to verify the hardware& software problems have beenresolved Support projects to standardizefindings from highlevel field escalations to prevent repeatoccurrences Work with customers to betterunderstand use cases and work with the development team in HQ toshape product improvements Focus on projectsrelated to new product introduction such as characterization alphatesting beta testing and pilot tools in the ramp phase asrequired Generate bestknown method documentsand design notes and work with the product support team to transferproduct knowledge to tech support and field serviceteams Generate escalations andstandardization reports for internal and customerreviewEducation &Experience: Bachelor s inEngineering (Preferably in the field of Physics ElectricalMechanical or Material Science) Minimum of 5years of related experiencePreferred (notmandatory) work experience in the semiconductor processing orequipment industry. Must have excellentcommunication organizational analytical leadership andinterpersonal skills. Must be selfdriven anda strong team player. Good handson abilitywith demonstrated success on hardwarerelatedprojects Up to 80% of worldwide travelingwould berequired.
