RoleDescriptionAs a fulltimeChapter Director Women Empowerment role located onsite in Hyderabadyou will lead our efforts to empower women through our platform.You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the programincluding recruitment training and management of mentors andmentees as well as building partnerships with relevantorganizations and ensuring programsuccess.
Qualifications
  • 6years of experience in the field of womens empowerment education orleadership
  • Excellent communication skills andthe ability to develop strong partnerships with communityorganizations and stakeholders
  • Demonstratedsuccess in program management including recruitment training andsupervision of mentors and mentees
  • Experiencewith developing and implementing strategic plans for program growthand success
  • Understanding of best practices inthe field of womens empowerment and education and the ability toapply them in a creative and innovativeway
  • Bachelors degree or higher in a relatedfield
  • Passionate about creating a positiveimpact and promoting genderequality
