The Chapter Director serves as a consultant, understanding members' needs and leveraging the platform to their advantage.

Job Overview:

We're seeking for a proactive, results-driven Entrepreneur with extensive networking abilities to serve as our Chapter Director leading a group of 15-20 thought leaders within the chapter. The perfect candidate will possess deep insights into member-centric operations and a proven knack for fostering engagement and retention within community-focused organizations. In this pivotal role, the Chapter Director will collaborate closely with top-tier leadership, executing strategic initiatives to uphold the vibrancy and success of our chapters.

Responsibilities:

• Curate and organize 20 immersive, member-centric meetings annually, besides conducting retreats and cross chapter meetings.
• Lead and oversee the operations and activities of the chapter in accordance with Corporate Connections' standards and guidelines.
• Foster a robust community spirit by actively engaging with members both offline and online on an ongoing, one-on-one basis.
• Provide personalized guidance and support to chapter members, comprehending their business requirements, and facilitating connections with relevant contacts nationally and internationally to aid in the advancement of their professional objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the Corporate Connections leadership team to ensure that chapter activities are in line with organizational objectives and strategies.
• Represent the chapter and Corporate Connections in external engagements and networking opportunities and bringing in valuable contributors to the room.
• Enhance the entire member lifecycle, ensuring a superior member experience and continued retention while strategically driving chapter growth and ensuring chapter health.
• Implement a robust feedback system to execute vital recommendations and ensure continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges effectively, uphold integrity, and champion Corporate Connections' values.

Requirements:

• Experienced entrepreneur with a strong network spanning 12 years in business, ideally with some corporate background. Currently have an existing business and have the time to invest in a consulting networking role.
• Impeccable communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
• Persuasive communicator adept at collaborating and leading teams.
• Can dedicate 15-20 hours weekly alongside business responsibilities with excellent time management.
• Well traveled and adept at navigating the intricacies of global cultural sensitivity.
• The role entails occasional travel for important events.
• Open-minded and coachable, with a willingness to learn
• It's an added advantage if actively participating in networking groups.
