What You Will Do

Maximize Molex position in customer AVL & programs’ BOM list Promote, identify and develop Solution Sales Opportunities for Molex. Engagement with Division to establish product and account strategy – TAM/SAM/Competition/Customer/Market trend Raise PDR, justify it with DMF and seek Divisional approval & Support Manage product qualification process, be it coordinating with relevant parties’ for support or providing technical support throughout the entire process Coordinate & conduct Technology roadshow to gain customer’s mind share on regular basis. Create and grow CRM pipeline to support account growth target. As a conduit to help build relationship across customer’s organization (R&D, sourcing, senior management) with ours. Price management & alignment with division to make sure Molex pricing is in-line with the market and that we continue to stay competitive; at the same time maximize our profit. Responsible for Revenue and Variable Pocket Margin growth Full Account responsibility until the firstMass production PO Continue to develop oneself to ensure one stays relevant in the market served. Continue to learn and adopt MBM philosophy and guiding principles to conduct our biz.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

-Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical Engineering

-Have minimum 3-5 years in related electronic sales with front –end design experience.
