  • Understandingclients financial goals and risktolerance
  • Identifying crosssellingopportunities for banking and investmentproducts
  • Implementing strategies to expand theclient base through referrals andnetworking
  • Collaborating with internalstakeholders to deliver exceptional clientservice
  • Monitoring and managing the performanceof client portfolios
  • Conducting regularportfolio reviews and financial planningsessions
  • Keeping abreast of market trends andinvestment opportunities
  • Adhering to regulatoryand compliance standards
  • Meeting revenuetargets and KPIs
  • Resolving client inquiries andissues in a timely manner
  • Contributing to thedevelopment of client retentionstrategies
  • Participating in promotionalactivities and events to enhance the brandsvisibility
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Finance Economics or relatedfield
  • Minimum of 2 yearsexperience in Branch Branking overall 24 yearsexperience
  • Workknowledge of Relationshipmanagement
  • Max ageof 32 years canapply
  • Demonstrated track recordof acquiring and managing high networthclients
  • Indepth knowledge of investmentproducts regulatory requirements and markettrends
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills witha proven ability to meet targets
  • Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills
  • Abilityto analyze complex financial information and provide strategicadvice
  • Sound understanding of risk assessmentand mitigation strategies
  • Commitment toupholding the highest ethical standards andintegrity
  • Ability to work effectively in a teamas well as independently
  • Flexibility to traveland attend client meetings as required
  • Fluencyin multiple languages may beadvantageous
