Job Overview


We are looking for a skilled and proactive AR Calling professional to join our team at FLY Consulting Services. As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for managing and resolving billing issues, following up with insurance companies, and ensuring timely reimbursement. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in revenue cycle management, denial management, and hospital billing.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in AR calling, revenue cycle management, and denial management
  • Strong knowledge of hospital billing processes and UB04/UB1500 forms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
  • Proficient in using billing software and MS Office applications


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage and resolve billing issues and discrepancies
  • Follow up with insurance companies to ensure timely reimbursement
  • Review and analyze denials and take appropriate action for claim resubmission
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and transactions
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing-related inquiries
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulations
