Overseeclient relationships providing personalized financial advice andwealth management services. Enhance client portfolios ensurestrategic alignment with financial goals and coach junior teammembers to foster development and improve teamperformance.


Job Title: Senior RelationshipManager


Location: Chennai / Bangalore /Hyderabad


Role andResponsibilities

Leadthe management and growth of portfolio of clients by providingendtoend wealth management services including financial planninginvestment advisory and portfolio management.

Provide comprehensive advice on various wealth management productsincluding AIFs PMS equity debt insurance and alternativeinvestments.

Conduct regular client reviewsperformance updates and risk assessments to align portfolios withfinancial goals.

Identify and pursue newbusiness opportunities through an extensive client networkreferrals and strategic partnerships.

Mentorand guide junior level wealth RMs by providing handson supportfostering their professional development and ensuring seamlessknowledge transfer

Develop and execute clientstrategies to maximize wallet share ensure client satisfaction andachieve business growth.

Leverage the groupsexisting customer base e.g. CV/PV dealers & fleet owners;develop investment solutions within this captive base to deepenclient relations & expand AUM


Qualifications &Education:

  • Postgraduate degree in Finance Economics or relatedfields (e.g. MBA)
  • Relevant certifications(NISM AMFI CFP) are highly preferred.


ExperienceRequirements

  • 8 years of experience in wealth management or privatebanking with experience of serving UHNI / HNI clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong clientrelationships and manage highvalue portfolios.


TechnicalSkills

  • Deepknowledge of financial markets investment products and wealthmanagement strategies.

  • Exceptional communication presentation and negotiationskills.
  • High integrity ethical standards and acollaborative approach.
  • Entrepreneurialmindset with a passion for client servicing and businessgrowth.


Key Performance Indicators(KPIs)

  • Drive AUM growth and maximize revenue from clientportfolios.
  • Maintain strong client retentionsolid satisfaction scores and foster client referrals.
  • Formulate and implement business development plans togrow the client base and AUM & set client acquisitiontargets aligned with the group strategy.
  • Actas the primary relationship holder addressing clients holisticfinancial management needs including investments lending andinsurance by leveraging subject matter experts from thegroup.
  • Lead team performance mentor juniorcolleagues and actively align with organizationalobjectives.
