- Ensuring timely and effectiveresolution of customer concerns
- Collaboratingwith internal teams to address technical issues and escalate whennecessary
- Documenting customer interactions andtechnical issues for futurereference
- Contributing to the development ofsupport resources and knowledge basearticles
- Identifying and escalating trends incustomer issues to improve product and serviceofferings
- Assisting with onboarding andtraining for new customers
- Participating incustomer feedback sessions to improveproducts/services
- Maintaining a high level ofprofessionalism and empathy in all customerinteractions
- Bachelors degree in arelated field or equivalent workexperience
- Proven experience in customersupport or technical support role
- Strongunderstanding of telematics and usagebased insurance (UBI)concepts
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
- Ability to explaintechnical concepts to nontechnical users
- Strongproblemsolving and analytical abilities
- Abilityto multitask and prioritize in a fastpacedenvironment
- Empathetic and patient approach tocustomer interactions
- Proficiency in usingcustomer support software and ticketingsystems
