OverviewThe CustomerSupport UBI plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfactionand retention. They are responsible for providing effective andtimely support to customers addressing their inquiries issues andtechnical concerns in relation to UBI products and services. Therole requires a deep understanding of the UBI technology and acustomercentric approach toproblemsolving.Keyresponsibilities
  • Responding tocustomer inquiries and issues related to UBI products andservices
  • Providing technical support andtroubleshooting assistance tocustomers
  • Ensuring timely and effectiveresolution of customer concerns
  • Collaboratingwith internal teams to address technical issues and escalate whennecessary
  • Documenting customer interactions andtechnical issues for futurereference
  • Contributing to the development ofsupport resources and knowledge basearticles
  • Identifying and escalating trends incustomer issues to improve product and serviceofferings
  • Assisting with onboarding andtraining for new customers
  • Participating incustomer feedback sessions to improveproducts/services
  • Maintaining a high level ofprofessionalism and empathy in all customerinteractions
Requiredqualifications
  • Bachelors degree in arelated field or equivalent workexperience
  • Proven experience in customersupport or technical support role
  • Strongunderstanding of telematics and usagebased insurance (UBI)concepts
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Ability to explaintechnical concepts to nontechnical users
  • Strongproblemsolving and analytical abilities
  • Abilityto multitask and prioritize in a fastpacedenvironment
  • Empathetic and patient approach tocustomer interactions
  • Proficiency in usingcustomer support software and ticketingsystems
