Strategic Initiatives:• Lead and contribute to strategic initiatives related to the Integration Platform (Tool) and Integration team processes.• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions (such as GenAI).• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the performance and scalability of integration solutions.3. GenAI Use Cases:• Identify and implement Generative AI (GenAI) use cases to streamline and reduce repetitive tasks in the integration process.• Develop automation solutions to enhance efficiency of end-to-end implementation.4. Leadership in Integration Implementation:• Lead the integration team through all phases of integration implementation, from requirement gathering to hyper care.• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.• Ensure timely delivery of integration projects within budget and scope.• Conduct regular reviews and assessments of integration processes to ensure continuous improvement.5.
