  • Provencapability to lead influence and motivate teams without formalauthority with a track record of building highperformingteams.
  • Commitment to continuous improvementand promoting an agile way of working.
  • Abilityto establish and maintain strong relationships across functions todeliver business outcomes leveraging the expertise of colleagues toinform your approach.
