Paid Media Specialist

Responsibilities:
Set up andmanage campaigns across various paid media channels includingMeta
Google LinkedIn etc
Perform dailyoptimizations to ensure optimal performance and efficiency tomeet
target and media plan specifications
Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance budgetutilization and
lead quality
Actively liaisewith internal departments to gather feedback on lead qualityand
conversion implementing necessary adjustments tooptimize campaign strategies to
meet targets
Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance organic searchvisibility and
complement paid media efforts.
Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure budgets are reserved andproperly
allocated for campaign execution
Maintain ongoing communication with platform AccountManagers.
Ensure accurate lead integration in CRM tofacilitate successful sales conversions.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in marketing businessadministration or related field
At least 3 years ofexperience in digital advertising with proficiency in Google Ads&
Meta
Demonstrated ability to analyzedata and adjust strategies to improve campaign
performance
Strong understanding of paid mediametrics
Good communication & organizationalskills
Capability to manage multiple projects
Preferred:
Certifications in Google Ads Meta Blueprintor other digital marketing skills.
Relevant industryexperience (Automotive)
Track record of effectivelymanaging larger marketing budgets
Experience handlingcampaign management tools or reporting tools
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Word ExcelPowerPoint).
