Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to achieve our clients' business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging and high-quality content for digital channels, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and more.
  • SEO/SEM: Optimize website content and structure for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to improve search rankings and drive relevant traffic.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media strategies, create content calendars, and engage with the online community to build brand presence and loyalty.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead Generation: Implement and optimize lead generation strategies to capture and nurture potential clients through various digital channels.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, creative, and development teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency or technology-driven environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and email marketing software. Experience in Social Marketing Software like Zoho Social, Hootsuite, Hubspot, Buffer etc will be an added advantage.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that achieve measurable results.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Project Management: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative marketing solutions.
