Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Graphic Designers to join our dynamic team in Aluva. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create visually stunning and effective designs across various digital platforms. You will be responsible for developing creative concepts and delivering high-quality visual content that aligns with our clients' branding and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Concept Development: Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to brainstorm and develop innovative concepts for digital marketing campaigns, websites, apps, and other digital assets.
  • Design Execution: Produce high-quality designs for websites, mobile apps, social media, email campaigns, online ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work adheres to clients' brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • User Experience (UX): Integrate UX principles into design processes to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, marketers, developers, and other team members to deliver cohesive and integrated creative solutions.
  • Feedback Incorporation: Accept and incorporate feedback from clients and internal stakeholders, making necessary revisions and improvements.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our creative outputs fresh and relevant.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a creative designer in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Sketch, Figma, or similar design tools.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative work across digital mediums, including websites, apps, and social media.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively.
