With bountiful treasures like competitive pay, a schedule as flexible as a gymnast's routine, and a FUN-tastic work environment, you're in for an unforgettable adventure Sport Focus Investments Private Limited has been the Master Franchisor of The Little Gym USA for over 7 legendary years. Our adventure began in October 2014 in Kolkata, and weve conquered over 20 centres before facing the pandemic dragon. Now, were back and stronger than ever, with 19 centres and a quest to reach 25 centres by the end of this financial year. Our grand mission is to spread our brand to 150 centres in the next 5 years, and our vision is to empower young heroes by boosting their confidence. Were on the lookout for merry, self-motivated individuals who thrive on challenges and are home in an independent and self-reliant environment.


We expect you to. Lead epic quests by conducting classes following The Little Gym curriculum. Be the hero kids need by engaging them in a fun and nurturing manner. Converse fluently with parents in either their native tongue or English to share tales of their childs progress and the magic of our program. Prepare diligently for each adventure, sticking to the curriculum and ensuring a well-organised quest. Join forces with fellow adventurers and collaborate closely with the team. Rally the troops by calling or interacting with parents to provide updates on their childs progress and heroic milestones. Chronicle epic sagas of each childs progress with Q3 assessments. Safeguard the treasure vault by documenting sales Allocation and Petty cash. Unite the fellow warriors to make basic calls to parents and unveil the mystery of child absenteeism.

Youd be a good fit. Possess the skills of a trained gymnast with experience at the state or national level (added superpowers). Unleash your inner child and work with young adventurers in a fun and nurturing manner. Command a deep understanding of gymnastic skills and master the art of spotting. Speak the language of English (or embark on a quest to learn it). Eagerly embrace the challenge of working with young adventurers (ages 22). Possess patience that rivals a saint and a love for crafting a whimsical learning environment. Fuel your passion for sports and be willing to learn and grow.
