Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Gymnastics Instructor to join our team in Bangalore. This is a full-time position at the junior level, suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in gymnastics training. The ideal candidate will be responsible for instructing gymnastics skills to students of various ages and skill levels.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of experience in gymnastics training.
  • Athleticism (Mandatory skill) - Demonstrated physical ability to perform and teach gymnastics moves effectively.
  • Flexibility (Mandatory skill) - Ability to perform a wide range of movement patterns and teach flexibility exercises.
  • Physical fitness (Mandatory skill) - Maintain high levels of physical conditioning to demonstrate techniques and inspire students.
  • Communication - Strong verbal communication skills to instruct and provide feedback clearly and effectively.
  • Patience - Capable of handling students of different skill levels with patience and understanding.
  • Teaching - Experience in teaching or coaching gymnastics, with the ability to design training programs tailored to individual needs.
  • Coordination - Excellent motor coordination to demonstrate and oversee gymnastics routines.
  • Motivation - Ability to inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential in gymnastics.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and lead gymnastics classes for students of all ages and skill levels.
  • Design individualized training programs to enhance students' abilities and correct weaknesses.
  • Demonstrate and teach gymnastics routines and techniques, ensuring student safety at all times.
  • Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to help students improve their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of each student, making adjustments to training programs as needed.
  • Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment by fostering a sense of discipline and motivation.
  • Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and set up properly for each class.
  • Communicate with parents or guardians about their child's progress and address any concerns they may have.
