Job Description: We are offering aninternship opportunity for Quality Engineers in our factory. Thisinternship focuses on quality control and stores managementproviding interns with valuable handson experience in ensuringproduct quality and efficient inventory management. If you have apassion for quality engineering and are eager to learn andcontribute this internship is for you.

Rolesand Responsibilities:

Understanding Fits andTolerances: Gain knowledge and practical experience inunderstanding fits and tolerances for different components.

Root Cause Analysis: Learn and apply rootcause analysis techniques to identify the underlying causes ofquality issues.

Writing Inspection Reports:Prepare detailed inspection reports based on product qualityassessments and measurements.

MaterialAcceptance: Learn the process of accepting inward materials andconducting quality checks.

Material Issuanceto Assembly: Understand how to issue materials from stores to theassembly line ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Documentation: Assist in creating GoodsReceived Memos (GRMs) and material request documents.

FIFO Analysis: Perform FirstIn FirstOut(FIFO) analysis to ensure proper stock rotation and minimize waste.

Stock Verification and Maintenance:Participate in stock verification activities and assist inmaintaining accurate inventory records.

Vendor Site Inspections: Accompany quality engineers on vendor sitevisits to conduct inspections and assess quality standards.

Tools and Instruments: Familiarize yourselfwith various tools and instruments used in quality control andmeasurement.

SOP Digitization: Contribute tothe digitization of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related toquality control and stores management.

Note:Additional tasks may be assigned by the mentor or supervisor basedon project requirements.
