This is a remote position.

We are seeking a SeniorFullstack Engineer (Ruby & Python) to join ourteam.

Responsibilities:
  • LeadDevelopment of NewFeatures:Spearheadthe design development and integration of new platform capabilitiesand product features focusing on leveraging Ruby and Python toenhance backend functionalities and support frontendintegrations.
  • OptimizePlatformPerformance:Workcollaboratively with your team to boost the platforms overallsoftware quality reliability and performancestandards.
  • TechnicalProjectLeadership:Actas a senior technical member of the team guiding the implementationof complex projects within the MoveHQ product roadmap and ensuringcompliance with our high standards for security quality andperformance.
  • Mentor andDevelopTalent:Raisethe technical proficiency of the engineering team by mentoring lessexperienced engineers promoting best practices in Ruby Python andfullstackdevelopment.
  • EnhanceCI/CDProcesses:Overseeand refine the continuous integration and continuous deliverypipelines for teammanaged applications facilitating seamless agiledeploymentprocesses.
AboutYou:
  • Skilled FullstackDeveloper:Youhave 5 years of web development experience with substantialexpertise in Ruby and Python. Experience with frontend technologiesis also expected.
  • Proven Delivery of SaaSProducts:Demonstratedability to develop and ship robust scalable and highperformancesoftwareasaservicesolutions.
  • Experienced in TechnicalLeadership:Previouslyheld senior roles in fastpaced collaborative environmentspreferably within startupsettings.
  • DatabaseExpertise:Strongexperience with relational databases and ORM frameworks capable ofdesigning efficient datainteractions.
  • Proficiency in TestingandAutomation:Wellversedin modern testing frameworks and committed to highquality softwaresolutions through rigorous testing andautomation.
  • Agile DevelopmentExpertise:Deepfamiliarity with agile methodologies using tools such as Scrum andJira to manage developmentprocesses.
  • CI/CDSkills:Proficientwith tools and practices for continuous integration and deliverysuch as Jenkins CircleCI or GitHubActions.
  • ExcellentCommunicator:Outstandingwritten and verbal communication skills with the ability to createclear technical documentation and collaborate effectively with arange ofstakeholders.
  • Experience in RegulatedEnvironments:(Optional)Experience developing software for government or complianceheavyindustries is aplus.
