Role: LeadFullStack Engineer
Must have skills : Angular nodejspython go lang and AI/MLWe seek a seasoned Lead FullStack Engineerwith 7 years of expertise in frontend and
backendtechnologies and strong leadership and soft skills. The idealcandidate should be
proficient in Angular NodeJS andPython with additional experience in AWS GoLang andAI
integration. This role requires availability to workwithin the EST time zone and will involve
leading thedevelopment of innovative enterprise platforms while mentoring ateam of
engineers.Key Responsibilities
TechnicalLeadership: Lead web application design development andmaintenance
using Angular and NodeJS.
Architectand optimize backend services and APIs using Python andGoLang.
Guide the integration of AIdriven features andtools into existing platforms.
Oversee the use of AWScloud services for application deployment scalingand
maintenance.
Monitor and optimizeapplication performance on AWS.
Stay updated withemerging technologies and implement them in thedevelopment
Collaboration and Soft Skills

Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes forcontainerization.
Understanding of secure codingpractices and dataprotection.

Requirements

Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior engineers fostering acollaborative and
learningoriented environment.
Communication: Effectively communicate technical concepts to bothtechnical and
nontechnical stakeholders.
ProblemSolving: Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecksensuring smooth
project delivery.Skills in thespotlight
FrontEnd: Mastery in Angular for buildingdynamic user interfaces.
BackEnd: Expertise in NodeJS andPython for developing scalable microservices.
Cloud:Extensive handson experience with AWS services (EC2 S3 Lambdaetc.).
Programming Languages: Advanced skills in GoLangfor backend services.
AI: Proven experience inintegrating AI/ML models into web or mobile applications.
DevOps: Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version controlusing Git.
Agile Methodologies: Proficiency in leadingprojects within Agile/Scrum
environments.PreferredQualifications:
Knowledge of additional JavaScriptframeworks and libraries.
Experience with databasemanagement systems like MongoDB PostgreSQLor
MySQL.
