Real Estate Sales Head

Position Overview:
The Real Estate Sales Head at Planet Green Infra Pvt. Ltd. will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and overseeing the entire sales process for our real estate plotting projects. This role requires a dynamic leader with extensive experience in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to drive growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
2. Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
3. Sales Operations Management:
- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Ensure timely follow-up with potential clients and provide excellent customer service.
4. Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
- Negotiate and finalize deals with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
5. Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
6. Market Expansion:
- Identify and explore new market opportunities to expand the companys reach and customer base.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns and events.
7. Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, client interactions, and other relevant information.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and sales techniques.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
