Job Overview

We are seeking a Real Estate Sales Executive to drive sales and expand our customer base in Hyderabad. This full-time, junior-level position requires 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract potential clients to present our real estate offerings.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients by addressing their inquiries and providing detailed information about properties.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to remain informed about trends in the real estate industry.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to help clients understand our unique value propositions.
  • Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to broaden the company's market presence.
  • Track and report sales targets, client interactions, and feedback to the management team.

  • Strong problem-solving capabilities to address potential challenges and find effective solutions for client and company needs.
  • Demonstrated closing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals efficiently.
