As a Graphic Designer at DIT Solutions, you will collaborate with our content, marketing, and development teams to create visually impactful designs that resonate with our brand and clients. You will work across various platforms and media, delivering creative solutions that meet business objectives and enhance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and design branding materials, including brochures, flyers, social media collaterals, and presentations
Develop creative and innovative design solutions for web and print that align with DIT Solutions’ brand
Create infographics, layouts, and illustrations to support marketing and business development efforts
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and provide fresh perspectives to push creative boundaries
Collaborate with team members to understand design briefs, share ideas, and manage project timelines
Take ownership of projects, from ideation to delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes within set deadlines
Stay updated on current design trends and advocate for the implementation of cutting-edge design techniques
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure design solutions align with expectations

Requirements

Skills and Attributes for Success

  • Strong proficiency in graphic design tools, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Exceptional design sense, including an eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
  • Ability to create engaging visual content for both print and digital platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Experience in designing for digital marketing campaigns
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles
