Being a Sr. Graphic Designer in Exito includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. You will be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, brochures, social media posts, banners, exhibitions and more.

 

Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and publish various creatives for social media and print media.
  

• Create collaterals for brochures, flyers, invites, banners, newsletters, etc.
  

• Study design briefs and determine requirements.
  

• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
  

• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
  

• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.
  

• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
  

• Work with copywriters and your team to produce the final design.
  

• Test graphics across various media.
  

• Amend designs after feedback.
  

• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Sr. Graphic Design Executive.
  

• Experienced in photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.
  

• Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS.
  

• Basic knowledge of Video Editing would be a plus.
  

• Capable of handling multiple projects.
  

• Team management.

Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. Proficiency in financial software (Tally, Zoho, Excel). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Job Type: 1.
