Technical Program Manager

This is a remote position.
- As a technical programmanager you lead complex multidisciplinary engineering projectsusing your engineering expertise. Deliver repeatable process withtools per quarter supporting the visibility of and improvingengineering product operations
- Solve complex business problemsby breaking them down into tangible steps toexecute
- Bachelor degree with 10 years ofexperience in technical program management orPMO
- Experience with data dataarchitecture modeling trends analysis statistics and programevaluations.
- Prioritize program goalsunderstand and translate other stakeholders needs into programgoals and prioritized deliverables with minimal assistance andcontribute to decisions on prioritizing goals anddeliverables.
- Define the scope of projects anddevelop execute and/or manage project plans for supportedprogram(s).
- Review key metrics pertaining toa program monitor potential metric deviations and define correctiveactions for criticaldeviations.
- Identify communicate andcollaborate with relevant stakeholders within one or more teams todrive impact and work toward mutual goals. Build maintain andenhance business operational and managementdashboards.
Requirements
- Experience in managing enterprisescale projects with global deployments ideally within the big dataand analytics industrydomain
- Experience working with Datalakes and any SQLbased databases Data Warehousing technologies likeInformatica DataStage Oracle Terradata SQL ServerMySQL.
- Experience working with any cloudtechnologies AWS or Azure orGCP.
- Experience leadingcrossfunctional teams to complete projects with multipledependencies andconstraints
- Experience working with teams tounderstand and document how a process works and what needs tohappen to track and push onteams
- Expertise in working effectivelyand autonomously across multiple teams in situations of ambiguitywith only highleveldirection
- Build scalable and repeatableproject plans to help track the businessquickly
- Create and publish dashboards tocommunicate effectively to the business the status of a projectrisks andmilestones
- Ability to adhere to deadlinesacross multiple projects in a fast paced environment without losingsight ofaccuracy
4+ years' experience in ETL(or) Spark/Python/ SQL (or) Cloud Engineering (or) Big DataConsultative approach to problem solving, ability to use Chat GPTand LLM technologies Bachelor's or Master's degree in ComputerScience Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability tomanage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability toresolve issues Self-Motivated and ability to workindependently
