The CO+I AI Delivery team is a newly formed group focused on delivering various platform services to our global AI customers. This role will require deep partnership throughout all of Microsoft as these programs will be on the leading edge of innovation and will include driving pilots and other experiments that shape our ongoing commitment to deliver AI platform services rapidly at cloud scale. We are part of Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I), the team behind one of the world’s largest cloud infrastructures, responsible for powering all Microsoft online products and services as well as powering Microsoft’s “Cloud First” mission. CO+I is focused on growth, efficiency, and delivering a trusted experience to customers and partners worldwide. In this role you will be directly accountable for specific AI delivery schedules from signal, through construction, all the way to service live and leverage resources throughout the company to deliver to the expectations of the customer.
We’re looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to manage critical AI Infrastructure deployment projects, deliver GPU-specific data center retrofit services, and drive related continuous improvement projects. The ideal candidate delivers through ambiguity, fosters collaboration, and builds trusted partnerships, and balances delivery and scaling.

Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. 2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. 4+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. 1+ years experience of large-scale global program management in either infrastructure technology deployments or capacity planning for cloud services. Proficient in MS Project, Microsoft office suite. Some SQL & PowerBI experience.Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Ensures teams establish and monitor processes, track and manage dependencies, and make adjustments when projects are not aligned to schedules or goals. Drives teams to develop the staging and implementation plan for piloting/release in alignment with OKRs and KPIs for features. Ensures teams collaborate with stakeholders to monitor progress and adjust as needed.
